Delivery with courier Aramex within Cairo and Giza takes 1 to 2 business days. For other governorates, orders are prepared on the same day and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Refunds are accepted, in the following cases: clear quality issue. different item than what you ordered. You received the wrong size.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for size changes, and only if the requested size is available in stock. You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. The item must be returned in the original packaging/box, or in a secure box provided by you to ensure it arrives safely. The cap must be in the exact same condition it was delivered in. If the cap has a tag/ticket, it must be attached when returned. If any of these conditions are not met, the exchange will be declined, and the item will be shipped back to you..
